The Patient Scheduling Director provides overall leadership across Essentia for the business management and strategic alignment of all scheduling functions and outcomes, playing a critical role in developing and implementing cohesive scheduling strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience with Lean in process design.
  • Progressive management experience.
  • Intimate knowledge of scheduling systems software.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Epic certification in Cadence and OpTime preferred.
