Overview

The Senior Regional Service Sales Manager for our Waukesha Engine business will be responsible for developing the market, managing, tracking, and communicating services related orders and account activities in our Sub-Saharan Africa region.

In Short

  • Develop and manage service-related orders and account activities.
  • Set specific account strategies and grow service orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key end users and channel partners.
  • Research and evaluate business strategies for key accounts.
  • Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on key competitors in the field services market.
  • Communicate market intelligence into winning sales strategies.
  • Support sales with competitive insights and strategy development.
  • Organize customer-specific services workshops.
  • Be the voice of the customer within INNIO Waukesha.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience in the Oil & Gas or power generation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sub-Saharan region.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office.
