Overview

The Senior Regional Service Sales Manager for our Waukesha Engine business will be responsible for developing the market, growing, managing, tracking, and communicating services related orders and account activities in our Sub-Saharan Africa region.

In Short

  • Develop market strategies for services in Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Manage and track service orders and account activities.
  • Build relationships with key end users and channel partners.
  • Initiate contact with customers to generate and qualify leads.
  • Research and report on competitors in the field services market.
  • Create competitive strategies and messaging.
  • Conduct win/loss calls and report findings.
  • Support sales engagements with competitive insights.
  • Organize customer-specific workshops to enhance service knowledge.
  • Be the voice of the customer within INNIO Waukesha.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/BD experience in Oil & Gas or power generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sub-Saharan region.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from home office.
