Overview

The Senior Regional Service Sales Manager for our Waukesha Engine business will be responsible for developing the market, growing, managing, tracking, and communicating services related orders and account activities in our Sub-Saharan Africa region.

In Short

  • Develop market strategies and manage service orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key end users and channel partners.
  • Research and map key accounts for business strategies.
  • Initiate contact to generate and qualify leads.
  • Monitor competitors and report on field services.
  • Create competitive strategies and messaging.
  • Conduct win/loss calls with prospects.
  • Support sales engagements with insights and strategy development.
  • Organize workshops to enhance service offerings knowledge.
  • Be the voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales and/or business development in relevant industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sub-Saharan region.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from home office.
