• Directly manage Field Service Technicians and Work Preparators in the Western United States Region.
• Ensure quality of work, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• High school Diploma or GED.
• Completed technical or electrical/electronic training program.
• Experience in electrical and/or mechanical fields, preferably in energy sector.
• Experience leading a team of technicians.
• Technical background with reciprocating engines is ideal.
• Flexibility and resilience.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for audits.
