Field Service Engineer - Mechanical - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer - Mechanical will assist internal technicians, end-customers, and OEMs in troubleshooting, failure analysis, warranty, start-ups, and on-site training to meet customer needs.

In Short

• Provide advanced technical support for mechanical systems.
• Develop scopes of work for Field Service Technicians.
• Handle escalations and interface with other products.
• Act as an interface between customers and the business.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures.
• Identify and report quality or compliance concerns.

• Submit detailed reports on service work and inspections.
• Support Root Cause Analyses of equipment issues.
• Communicate fleet and product issues to relevant teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience with engines and power generation equipment.
• 2+ years of field experience in troubleshooting.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
