In Short

  • Partner with the Sales and Products teams to effectively communicate our product's value and technical capabilities according to customer requirements.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, RFPs and proof of concepts for customers to address any questions and ensure confidence in our abilities.
  • Use your technical expertise to explain how product features can best serve the customer's needs.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to lead optimization efforts across assigned product lines.
  • Lead customer onboarding to ensure seamless transitions throughout implementation and provide post-sale support as needed.
  • Develop lasting relationships to retain and grow your customer base and continue to help them succeed.
  • Represent InMotion Hosting at community events and conferences.
  • Thrill each customer with your eagerness to resolve issues, timely and accurate solutions, and ownership of the customer's needs.

Requirements

  • Someone with a resourceful approach to finding solutions.
  • Someone who genuinely cares about the customer's success and demonstrates that through dedicated and consistent support.
  • Proven experience leading implementation and onboarding efforts of highly technical products, platforms, and services.
  • Deep understanding of WordPress, cloud, infrastructure and web hosting solutions.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and value to customers across a variety of methods, including visual aids, presentations, reports, etc.
  • Proven experience in qualifying leads, closing deals, and delivering on promises to the customer through ongoing support.
