In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through license sales, consulting services, support, and managed services.
  • Proactively lead sales campaigns targeting the existing IFS install base as well as new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in accordance with Inivos processes to successfully close deals.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with third-party partners and industry influencers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Consulting, Support) to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Provide timely updates, forecasts, and insights to sales leadership and executive management.
  • Travel as required based on account demands (up to 50%).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Experience with managing client relationships and sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
