AlphaHire is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who excels at converting leads and closing deals without needing a script. This role requires a blend of recruiter intuition and sales tenacity.

In Short

  • Manage and close warm leads from inbound sources and outbound campaigns
  • Connect via phone, LinkedIn, text, and email—however you get results
  • Drive conversations with founders, executives, and hiring managers to uncover hiring needs
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to align candidate delivery with client expectations
  • Follow up consistently and move deals across the finish line
  • Track your activity in our CRM/ATS and provide client updates as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing from the recruiting/staffing industry
  • Proven ability to follow up and close
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and process-driven
  • Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, email, SMS, and basic sales tools (CRM/ATS)
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in staffing, recruiting, or tech/sales environments
