Sales Operations Executive - Remote

Overview

The Sales Operations Executive will join a dynamic team supporting an international sales force, primarily focusing on events across Asia.

In Short

• Respond to inquiries and information requests from potential customers.
• Handle exhibitor questions and concerns before, during, and after events.
• Edit and send contracts and legally binding documents.
• Coordinate with sales operations and accounts teams for invoicing and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment visibility.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on processes.
• Track floor plans and maintain sales reports.
• Manage online exhibitor manuals and inquiries.
• Provide sales agents with event details and maintain communication.
• Manage the agent commission process and update the CRM system.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in events.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Adestra, Oracle, or similar CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
