Overview

The Registration and Customer Service Manager will oversee the lifecycle and attendee-support operations for multiple North American medical-aesthetic and antiaging conferences, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.

In Short

  • Lead the full registration cycle from build to closeout.
  • Serve as the registration system administrator.
  • Design user-focused registration pages.
  • Develop and track project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate onsite registration operations.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing on pricing strategy.
  • Analyze registration data for optimizations.
  • Provide expert-level attendee support across various channels.
  • Monitor service metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee payment and refund processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in event registration or customer-service management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Stova or similar platforms.
  • CRM and database proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and goals.
