Overview

The LEAP Nights Executive will assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events, coordinating logistics, managing on-site operations, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

• Assist with planning and execution of LEAP Nights and fringe events.
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, registration, and catering.
• Support communication between internal teams, sponsors, and vendors.
• Manage on-site operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with marketing teams for consistent branding and promotion.
• Track budgets and ensure cost-efficient solutions.
• Collect post-event feedback and support reporting.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Provide administrative support to the Event Lead.
