Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

Infoblox is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Commercial Finance team, responsible for generating RFx responses and ensuring deadlines are met.

In Short

• Analyze RFx requirements for comprehensive submissions.
• Schedule and coordinate proposal responses.
• Oversee submittal layout, production, and delivery.
• Maintain the proposal resource library.
• Collaborate with Proposal teams and staff for proposal completion.
• Edit and format submittal materials.
• Manage the proposal effort through to submission.
• Respond to client questions from Sales teams.
• Ensure timely submission of all responses.

Requirements

• 12+ years of business experience with 3+ years in proposal writing.
• Experience in proposal generation and strategy development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent grammar and editing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Ability to create simple graphics; advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
