Overview

The remote Account Executive sells products and services on behalf of the nation’s premier logistics company, focusing on both current and new clientele.

In Short

  • Make outbound calls using a provided lead list.
  • Build and manage a pipeline.
  • Conduct a needs analysis to uncover areas where our product can assist their business.
  • Create a strong, consultative relationship with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining appropriate KPIs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6 months of call center experience preferred.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Must be able to do 50 – 100 dials per day.
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
  • Proficient internet navigation and applications skills.
  • Quick thinking and skilled in rebuttal objections.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.
