Overview

Inetum is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant with a strong background in ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules to design and implement ServiceNow solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure platform stability and performance
• Participate in code reviews and testing
• Maintain documentation for configurations and integrations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
