As ITSM Specialist, you are accountable for the management of the everyday operations within our Managed IT Service Management practice, focusing on ITIL processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an ITSM role.
• Strong process management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with major incidents in IT managed services.
• Government security clearances preferred.
