Overview

The VP of People & Culture, Shared Services plays a critical role in shaping the future of Indigenous Pact HR Shared Services. They are the People and Culture Leader within the organization and a member of the Care Leadership Team. They are tasked with developing, implementing and continuously improving the HR Shared Services Organization (SSO) through best practices, benchmarks and metrics.

In Short

  • Oversee the People and Culture needs of Indigenous Pact.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the HR Shared Services Organization.
  • Manage the delivery of all HR services provided by the SSO.
  • Understand the full scope of Indigenous Pact's business operations.
  • Oversee HR analytics to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director, People & Culture, Community Care.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of achieving business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
