Overview

If you’re experienced in enterprise new business sales and can take accounts from first conversation to multi-year commercial agreements, this role is for you. At Grip, we are strengthening our dedicated new business motion and are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who can own net-new opportunities end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise new business experience (8–10+ years)
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
  • Experience selling AI / platform / infrastructure-type solutions
  • Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles
  • Strong collaboration with Solutions / presales teams
  • High standards for preparation and detail
  • Strategic relationship builder (multi-threading)
  • Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven
  • Fluent in English and at least one major European business language
