Overview

As Account Director Healthcare, you are responsible for building, expanding and nurturing strategic client relationships within the Healthcare sector. Your primary focus is to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities within those organizations and ensure long-term partnerships.

In Short

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies for key Healthcare clients
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Translate client business challenges into scalable digital and 3D solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients within the Healthcare sector
  • Drive revenue growth within assigned Healthcare accounts
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles including SaaS and project-based offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
  • Work closely with project management and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of commercial experience, preferably within Healthcare or a related sector
  • Proven track record in enterprise account management and growth
  • Experience working with large multinational organizations
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
