Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations, including GAAP, HIPAA, and reimbursement policies.
• Expertise in budget forecasting, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial software such as Epic or Workday.
