Overview

The Site Selection Specialist is a key collaborator to project teams as the main point of contact for site selection activities (including site identification and feasibility).

• Develops and maintains relationships with clinical research sites.
• Identifies potential investigators for studies.
• Creates and coordinates feasibility questionnaires.
• Tracks site selection activities in the Clinical Trial Management System.
• Participates in internal and external project team meetings.
• Supports the Manager, Site Selection in achieving project goals.
• Works collaboratively with project teams to address quality issues.
• Adapts to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Participates in departmental projects related to site selection.
• Ensures high-quality results in site selection activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in clinical research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and establish good relationships.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of good clinical practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience in dermatological clinical research is an asset.
• Quick learner with good adaptability.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
