Site Budget & Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

A detail-oriented and strategic clinical trials Site Budget and Proposal Manager to lead the development of site clinical trial budgets during the proposal (pre-award) phase and awarded projects. This role is responsible for creating accurate and competitive budget models, managing country-specific cost templates, and ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and Fair Market Value (FMV) standards.

• Provide training and guidance to junior specialists.
• Engage with leadership to propose process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site clinical trial budgeting.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and FMV principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and budgeting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
