Proposal & Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

The Proposal and Contract Manager manages all phases of the proposal development process in response to requests for proposals (RFP) from Indero's clients, as well as all contractual aspects of a project lifecycle.

In Short

• Lead the request for proposal (RFP) response activities.
• Analyze assigned opportunities and prepare initial timelines and estimates.
• Prepare the financial estimate of the proposal and finalize the proposal budget.
• Consult with the broader BD team for strategy and content.
• Prepare Start-up agreements and Full scope work orders.
• Propose improvements on the proposal and contract processes.
• Produce high-caliber, well-structured finished written products.
• Provide status to leadership on the progress and quality of assignments.
• Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Utilize strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Science or Business.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical research.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Bid grids.
• Excellent command of English grammar and writing skills.
• Strong mastery of Excel and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of good clinical practices and applicable regulations.
