Overview

The Division Vice President, Consultant Relations will serve as the strategic leader of a high-impact team responsible for building and deepening Included Health’s relationships with employer benefits consulting firms and driving preference for our products and services.

In Short

  • Provide executive leadership to the Consultant Relations team.
  • Set direction and establish clear goals for the team.
  • Drive market education and strengthen consultant preference for Included Health.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with analytics, product, marketing, sales, and client success teams.
  • Define and lead the overall consultant strategy across national and regional consulting firms.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key benefits consultants.
  • Create and execute a consultant engagement model.
  • Facilitate annual cycle of meetings for GTM team.
  • Negotiate agreements with consulting firms.
  • Collaborate with teams to create educational material for the consulting community.

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in healthcare industry.
  • Solid national relationships with thought leaders at key consulting firms.
  • Deep understanding of market expectations in product categories.
  • Experience managing relationships in multi-year contract cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Track record of success in the healthcare consulting community.
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
