Overview

Garner is seeking a Vice President of Carrier Relations to cultivate and manage our relationships with the largest national and regional health plans, ensuring partnership viability and strategic positioning within these ecosystems.

• Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with carrier/TPAs.
• Advance strategic alignment across underwriting, contracting, and benefit design.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for carrier-level issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting.
• Experience with national and regional health plans.
• Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Existing relationships in the health plan space.
• Experience managing a network of health plan advisors.
• Desire to work in a startup environment.
• Passion for improving the healthcare system.
