Overview

The Vice President of Pharmacy Consultant Relations will focus on educating and influencing the market, building and maintaining relationships, and elevating Transcarent’s position as a preferred pharmacy partner to drive revenue through the consultant channel.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve pharmacy sales targets.
  • Identify key pharmacy stakeholders within consultant firms.
  • Build and deepen relationships with pharmacy consultants.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses for targeted strategies.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with consultant influence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging.
  • Track and maintain records of consultant interactions in Salesforce.
  • Own pharmacy-related RFP responses and proposals.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic market engagement.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25-50% per year.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Consultant Relations or Business Development.
  • Deep understanding of market priorities and trends.
  • Existing relationships with key consulting teams across the U.S.
  • Proven record of achieving quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience translating product capabilities into value.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to sell complex healthcare solutions.
