Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Growth Governance and Incentives to lead and manage the design, implementation, and optimization of the company's growth policies and variable compensation plans.

In Short

  • Manage change initiatives related to compensation structures.
  • Lead integration and automation efforts for financial tooling.
  • Analyze compensation program effectiveness with data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years experience in Incentive Compensation or similar function.
  • 5+ years in healthcare, particularly in high growth health-tech.
  • Strong track record in preparing content for executive audiences.
  • Experience in developing various variable compensation plans.
  • Growth mindset and big picture thinking.
  • Successful team management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills in unstructured environments.
  • Strong bias for action and prioritization skills.
