Project Administrator - Remote

Overview

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized Project Administrator to support the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Department of InCharge in North America. The position reports directly to the EPC Ops Lead.

In Short

• Administer the Procore Project Management and Financials program for the Department
• Develop, maintain and provide updated Procore and Salesforce Reporting to Directors
• Assist in the Organization of the EPC Operations annual budget
• Serve as the Purchase Order Administrator for the department
• Manage all Sub-Contractor Bills for approvals for Accounting
• Ensure all Qualifying Individuals and Professional Engineering licensing is maintained
• Ensure all project-level permitting file packages are completed
• Manage the Permitting applications for Project Managers
• Maintain and ensure all licensing, performance and payment bonds are up to date
• Perform routine audits of Project Manager Files

Requirements

• 7-10 plus years’ relevant experience in construction project administration
• Experience with maintaining project budgets
• Experience as a Procore Project Management and Financials Administrator preferred
• Ability to serve as a Notary or willing to serve as a Notary within 90 days of hire
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience with Salesforce and MS Dynamics Business Central a plus
