Specification Manager – Netherlands - Remote

Overview

As Specification Manager, you will be responsible for actively developing the Dutch market by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and potential installation partners.

In Short

• Identify and approach architecture and design firms, end clients and developers.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product briefings, and design consultations.
• Act as a brand ambassador within the A&D community.
• Establish and grow relationships with local installation partners and general contractors.
• Work closely with distribution partners to develop the region.
• Provide tailored consulting for project-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on deliverables.
• Track all client and project data in Salesforce.
• Ensure high-quality input for forecasts and reporting.

Requirements

• Background in architecture/design or interior fit-out.
• Previous experience in business development or field sales.
• Familiarity with architecture and project decision-making environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated personality.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Proficient in English.
