In Short

• Provide support to therapists via email, phone, and chat.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex questions.
• Audit data and provide feedback to therapists.
• Monitor clinical capabilities of therapists.
• Conduct outreach to improve therapist satisfaction.
• Maintain a small client caseload.
• Participate in public speaking and represent BetterHelp externally.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Take on special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice as a psychologist or counselor.
• 7+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Active with a clinical regulatory body.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
• Experience with telehealth therapy.
• Growth mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with computer systems.
• Reliable internet connection.
