Impact Acoustics is looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Sales Support Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with the delivery of product samples, organizing and maintaining the sample inventory, and supporting administrative tasks related to client management.

In Short

• Deliver acoustic product samples to clients and partners within the designated area.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate sample deliveries.
• Pick up samples from clients, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Manage and maintain an organized inventory of samples.
• Assist with preparing sample kits for client presentations and meetings.
• Monitor sample stock levels and report when supplies need to be replenished.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team.
• Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to manage and maintain an organised inventory of product samples.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic Sales Knowledge (preferred).
• Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is a plus.
