In Short

  • Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Ensure effective onboarding to set customers up for success.
  • Create and execute a communications plan for customer engagement.
  • Align strategy and build programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and customer support teams.
  • Nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolve concerns.
  • Work with diverse customer profiles to maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, account management, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional planning, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in implementing customer solutions and client management.
  • Proven project management skills with multiple projects.
  • Ability to maintain outcome-based relationships.
