As a Global SMB Account Executive at IMMERSE, you will play a crucial role in converting qualified leads into customers and managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, ensuring their success with our language training platform.

• Own the full sales cycle for qualified inbound SMB leads.

• Contribute to refining pricing and positioning for the SMB segment.
• Work collaboratively with a remote, international team.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
• Proven success in managing full-cycle sales for SMB customers.
• Strong communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools.
• Global mindset with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
