Overview

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing relationships with key partners, and supporting them in selecting and implementing advanced HVAC automation solutions.

  • Active acquisition of new clients and development of relationships with key partners in the HVAC industry.
  • Analysis of client needs and determining technical requirements related to HVAC automation systems.
  • Technical consulting on offered solutions.
  • Collaboration with the design and technical department to develop the best solutions for clients.
  • Preparation of commercial offers and presenting them to clients.
  • Organizing meetings, training, and technical presentations for clients and business partners.
  • Building long-term business relationships with system integrators, contractors, and HVAC designers.
  • Monitoring the market, identifying new business opportunities, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling products related to building automation, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Higher technical education, e.g., automation and robotics, electronics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, especially in the field of commercial and industrial building automation.
  • Extensive contacts among design and contracting firms related to HVAC and BMS systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn about modern technologies and innovative technical solutions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Willingness to travel to key clients throughout Poland.
  • Category B driving license.
