Executive Business Partner - Remote

Overview

As an Executive Business Partner at Imagine Pediatrics, you are responsible for providing proactive administrative and project support to assigned executive leaders and their teams.

In Short

• Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives.
• Plan and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
• Arrange travel, including transportation and accommodations.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing and document management.
• Identify and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Prepare executives for meetings and presentations.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to engage with critical information, maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to manage a high volume of competing tasks.
