Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Business Analyst to join our P2E (Paper to Electronic) implementation project team. The Quality Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of internal and external implementation projects within a cross-functional customer delivery model including SaaS solutions.

In Short

  • Quality Control: Create testing strategy, perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, perform regular quality checks, confirm document accuracy, report on quality performance.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, analyze data for business decisions, identify and solve problems.
  • Communicate with project manager and management.
  • Participate in customer and internal calls.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or applicable work experience.
  • 8+ years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience working on large scale projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong desire to understand and support the customer.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with healthcare payers and other key stakeholders.
