Overview

Join iKhokha as a Customer Support Officer and be a frontline advocate for our customers, tackling and resolving technical support queries while helping small businesses thrive.

In Short

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Handle complaints and queries via calls and tickets.
  • Ensure issues are resolved promptly according to SLAs.
  • Resolve customer complaints through various communication channels.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit.
  • Work on Adhoc campaigns as needed.
  • Escalate urgent queries to Senior Management.
  • Ensure compliance with POPIA.
  • Manage customer interactions on a CRM system.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Matric qualification.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations and take ownership.
  • Experience in call center, customer service, and technical support.
