iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Technical Consultant who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, understanding the client’s requirements to develop their international payrolls through the configuration of tailored integrations to and from our systems, allowing for automated HR, payroll finance and banking integrations to be achieved on a global scale.

In Short

• Deliver international payroll implementations for global clients.
• Work closely with project management and technical teams.
• Configure bank files and General Ledger outputs.
• Create client configurable reports.
• Support the implementation team during testing phases.
• Own the configuration of inbound flat file integrations.
• Assist in the go-live transition process.
• Provide technical support across departments.
• Manage client relationships and deliver presentations.
• Drive efficiencies through automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of payroll/technical implementation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in producing detailed system integration specifications.
• Ability to manage time-critical tasks.
• Experience with international clients.
• Understanding of JavaScript and XML.
• Experience with payroll processes and systems.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in a regulated service delivery environment.
