  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
  • Experience with Revenue Management Software Systems (e.g., Optims, Ideas, Rategain).
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is required.
