Director of Engineering, Integration and Core Services - Remote

In Short

• Lead software engineering teams focused on critical back-office, supply chain, and logistics systems.
• Collaborate with various business units to design and modernize iHerb’s systems.
• Assist in creating iHerb’s Order-to-Cash modernization roadmap.
• Develop and lead a clear integration architecture vision.
• Design and implement integration platforms for seamless data flow.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with business teams for effective collaboration.
• Participate in technology vendor evaluations and selection processes.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with integration platforms and middleware.
• Experience mentoring and managing people leaders.
• Deep proficiency in enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with designing and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and warehousing solutions.
• Strategic focus with innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
