Accountant Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Accountant Consultant is responsible for overseeing a system-wide accounting process and has significant accounting responsibilities. This role requires expertise in U.S. GAAP and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to improve accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with project management and decision-making.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant preferred.
• Knowledge of Intermountain Health's financial processes is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Frequent interactions with executive leaders and colleagues.
• Ability to assess customer needs effectively.
