Overview

As a Brokers Coordinator at Ignitis, you will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by managing broker performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

In Short

• Track and report on brokers' performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed financial reports related to broker activities.
• Lead negotiations of terms and contracts with brokers.
• Manage operational and strategic issues related to broker activities.
• Organize training and development programs for brokers.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare strategic reports for the Director of Brokerage.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a trading company.
• Skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
