The Fraud & Risk Director will lead the transformation of Ignition's Fraud & Risk function, implementing strategies that balance risk management with business growth in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention or risk management.
• Experience in vertical SaaS payments.
• Deep expertise in embedded payments and transaction fraud.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like PCI-DSS and KYC.
• Hands-on experience with fraud detection tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in chargebacks and disputes management.
• Data-driven mindset with automation experience.
• Experience in high-pressure crisis management.
• Ability to negotiate and secure resources for risk initiatives.
