• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist for a seamless hiring process.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and create a positive workplace culture.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR generalist or operations role is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Genuine warmth and strong people skills are essential.
• Experience with HR data and metrics is a plus.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role.
• Good working knowledge of Maltese employment law.
• Experience with an HRIS such as BambooHR or similar.
• Warm and approachable with strong people skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with HR data and metrics.
• Practical problem-solver who enjoys ownership of tasks.
