Requirements

• 3–7 years in technical operations, DevOps, or IT.
• Strong grounding in AI/ML concepts, data structures, and APIs.
• Experience or passion for Web3 & Blockchain technology.
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of modern LLM tooling and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and operational intuition.
• Experience in agile, iterative, and distributed environments is a bonus.
