Operations Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Monitor existing business systems and cloud servers daily.
• Handle common issues during system usage.
• Monitor public cloud platform services and ensure system performance, quality, and security.
• Monitor third-party CDN products and resolve online issues.
• Respond to faults 24/7 in shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in 24/7 shifts required.
• Familiar with mainstream public cloud products (AWS, Tencent, Alibaba, Huawei); certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial CDN and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Linux server systems and protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP.
• Proficient in Shell/Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and problem analysis.
• Strong pressure resistance and responsibility to ensure 24/7 business operation.
