• Lead .NET software engineer participating in agile-driven development
• Serve as technology leader of a development squad
• Mentor team members and train on development practices
• Plan and break down development tasks
• Implement development tasks in .NET
• Handle merge requests and reviews in Azure DevOps
• Write unit and integration tests for code
• Ensure coding conventions are followed
• Work North American Shift (7.30 p.m. - 4.00 a.m. IST)

Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience with C# .NET
• 2+ years as a technical lead mentoring a team of developers
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing
• Hands-on object-oriented design and coding experience
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Knowledge of data communications and security
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub
