As a Consultant Business Applications at IFS Copperleaf, you will turn complex asset data into strategic investment decisions for Europe’s leading utilities, working in a global, diverse environment.

In Short

• Engage with customers to resolve support inquiries in English, German, and Dutch.
• Write and maintain knowledge-base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and their alignment with customer strategies.
• Manage all support needs for assigned customers end-to-end.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades.
• Lead monthly performance review calls with customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, German, and Dutch.
• Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global team.
