Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a support role.
• IT service industry or MSP experience is a plus.
• Construction industry knowledge is highly desirable.
• Curiosity and a love for learning.
• Knowledge of computer system validation process.
• Experience implementing and training on business tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
