Overview

The IT Technician role at Syscon is a primarily work-from-home position with occasional onsite client visits, focused on providing reliable IT support for small and mid-sized businesses.

  • Communicate clearly with clients about issues and next steps

Requirements

  • Strong Tier 2 experience
  • Solid Microsoft 365 and endpoint support skills
  • Ability to resolve most issues independently
  • Good judgment and willingness to ask clarifying questions
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced MSP environment
  • Advanced troubleshooting and decision-making skills for senior candidates
  • Strong client communication and professional maturity
  • Experience identifying root causes and preventing repeat issues
  • MSP experience preferred
  • Technical experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and security fundamentals
